Shipping Information

Shipping charges are the worst. That's why we don't charge them. Ever. We are happy to get your precious item straight to your door with no additional cost.

In-stock items typically are processed within 1-2 business days and take an additional 1-3 days to ship. Special orders, special sizes and alterations can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the vendor and/or type of alteration. If there is any question at all, please call (603-749-3129), email (sales@jewelrycreationsinc.com) or send us a request with our contact form and we will gladly help any way we can.

Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please note that anything over $1,000 will require a signature so be sure to send it someplace where you will be during the day.

Refund and Exchange In-Store

We want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase, or a store credit up to 30 days after purchase. Please note the following:

  • Merchandise must be in original condition, include all product documentation, and may not be altered in any way
  • Payment in cash receives a company check immediately
  • Payment by credit card will receive a refund to the same card
  • Payment by check will receive a company check 10 business days from date of return
  • Custom orders and custom design pieces may not be returned
  • Engraved items may not be returned

Refund and Exchange Online

We want to make online shopping as seamless as possible, which is why we offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please note the following:

  • Merchandise must be in original condition, include all product documentation and packaging, and may not be altered in any way
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by calling 603-749-3129
  • Refund will go to the same card on which the item was purchased
  • Custom orders and custom design pieces may not be returned
  • Sale Items nay not be returned
  • Engraved items may not be returned
  • Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization, sent COD, with damaged packaging, or shipped uninsured will be refused

If a package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and/or call us immediately at 603-749-3129. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately after you receive your order. 

How to Send Us a Return or Exchange

The instructions below detail how to return an item:

  • Call 603-749-3129 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code
  • Package your return carefully, ideally with the original shipping box and packaging material
  • Jewelry Creations will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments
  • Include in the package everything that came with the order
  • If the product had any appraisals, diamond certificates, or other please return that as well. You may be liable for the cost to create a new appraisal or certificate if it is not included
  • Insure the package for the price of purchase
  • When we receive the item, we will contact you. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for full processing.
  • When in doubt, simply call, we are happy to help make the process easy for you

Lifetime Craftsmanship

We guarantee our jewelry is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the jewelry. We will replace or repair any purchase found to be defective at no cost to you. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.

Lifetime Clean and Polish

Jewelry Creations will clean, inspect and polish your purchase at no cost for the life of the purchase.

Appraisals

Purchases over $1,000 always come with a complimentary appraisal. We are happy to appraise any piece of jewelry, whether purchased with us or not, however, just give us a call to find out more.

Complimentary Sizing

We will size your purchase one time at no cost regardless of when it was purchased. Please note that some items are not sizable.
